Lease Elizabeth Casey et al to James S Henderson & Stephen Giffin

Lease This Indenture made on the ninth day of September in the year of our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and eighty seven in pursuance of the act respecting short-forms of leases belive__ Elizabeth Casey John Casey Jeremiah Casey Patrick Casey James Casey Frederick Casey Margaret Thompson and Ellen Grant of the first part, and James Henderson Stephen Giffin of the second part. Witnesseth that in consideration of the _ents, aver___ and agreement hereinafter reserved and contained on the part of the said party of the second part, their executor administration and assigns to be paid - observed and performed - the said party of the first part have demised and leased, and by these presents do, demise and lease unto the said party of the second part James Henderson and Stephen Giffin, executors administrators all that mess_age or land situate at the head of Raspberry Harbor being part of land grants to the late John Casey and bounded as follows Beginning at the shore and running north thirty degrees West on the Eastern line of said lands three hundred feet to a stake marked A thence West thirty degrees South three hundred feet to a stake marked B thence shorewards in a direction parelell with the first mentioned line to the shore thence along said shore to the place of beginning To have and to hold the said demised premises for and during the term of Ten Years to be computed from the ninth day of September one thousand eight hundred and eighty seven and from thence for the next ensuing and fully to be complete and ended on the ninth day of September one thousand eight hundred and eighty seven Yielding and paying there for yearly and every year during the said term hereby granted unto the said party of the first part the sum of Twenty Dollars Elizabeth Casey John Casey Jeremiah Casey Patrick Casey James Casey Frederick Casey Margaret Thompson and Ellen Grant their heirs executors administrators or assigns the sum of Twenty dollars to be payable to Misses Elizabeth Casey during her lifetime if within the said term on the following\B days and time, that is to say on or about the ninth day of September yearly and the said party of the second part ____ ______ with the said party of the first part to pay the rent and to pay the taxes and will not assign or sublet without leave.
