PETTIPAS, Doris Leona - 64, Charlos Cove, Guysborough Co., died February 9, 1998, in Guysborough Memorial Hospital. Born at Charlos Cove, she was a daughter of the late George and Catherine (Avery) Pettipas. She was an active life member of St. Joseph's Church, Charlos Cove. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Surviving are nephews, George Pettipas, Dartmouth; Cedric Pettipas, Halifax; Hughie Pettipas, Alberta; niece, Amy Pettipas, Halifax. She was predeceased by brothers, Fordie, Earl; sister, Winnifred. No visitation by family request. Funeral 2 p.m. today in St. Joseph's Church, Rev. Barrett Clare-Johnson officiating. Cremation to follow. Burial at a later date in the parish cemetery. Donations to St. Joseph's Church building fund, Charlos Cove.  Arrangements entrusted to G.W. Giffin Funeral Home, Country Harbour.
