NEW GLASGOW- June 21 Following a brif illness the death of Dennis Gerrior occurred at the Aberdeen hospital at the age of 91 years. The late Mr. Gerrior was born at Larry's River, Guysboro County, but was a resident of New Glasgow for the past 44 years. He was twice married and besides his wife he is survived by seven daughters and one son. Mrs. Daniel Stewart, New Glasgow; Miss Laura Gerrior, Sydney, CB; Mrs. Levi Durant; Mrs. Evelyn (film faint here but looks like Evelyn) Avery. Mrs. William (? Spiers?); Mrs. Gus Van Gothem; Mrs. Benjamin Bonvie all residing in the United States. The remains were conveyed to the home of Martin Pitts, Tracadie, where funeral services were conducted by Rev. Father Edwards, followed by interment in the Tracadie Cemetery. |
