GARNETT MONA DAVID

DAVID, Garnett Mona - 66, 86 Foster Ave., Stellarton, died September 22, 1993, in Aberdeen Hospital. Born in Port Dufferin, she was a daughter of the late Neil and Mary Violet (Emmons) Tibbo. She was a resident of Stellarton since 1959. She was a former employee of Valley View Villa and the Adult Residential Centre, Riverton. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Stephen; three daughters, Shirley Mary MacDonald, New Glasgow; Sharon (Mrs. Gary Cunningham), Sherwood Park, Alta.; Yvonne Kaiser, Stellarton; son, Basil, Sherwood Park, Alta.; three brothers, Basil, Mark Road, Pictou County; Gordon, Abercrombie; Douglas, Merigomish; two sisters, Genesta Hushard, Toronto; Edith, Halifax; eight grandchildren; three greatgrandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter, Sylvia; two brothers, Neil, Cecil; two sisters, Eileen, Hilda. Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in H.C. MacQuarrie Funeral Home, Stellarton. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Port Felix, Rev. Gerald Campbell officiating. Burial will be in parish cemetery. Donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or Aberdeen Hospital Palliative Care Unit.
