LARRY'S RIVER - Mary Alice Pellerine, Larry's River, Guysborough County, died Tuesday in St. Martha's Hospital, Antigonish. Born in Larry's River, she was a daughter of the late Angus Avery and Lucy Boudreau. She was a member of St. Peter's Church, Larry's River, and the ladies auxilary, Torbay branch No. 17. She is survived by three daughters, Garnet (Mrs. Joseph Avery), Larry's River, Kay (Mrs. Martin McNamara) Evanston; Ann (Mrs. George McNamara), Fredericton, N.B.; four sons, Remmie and Wallace, both of Larry's River, Angus, New Glasgow; Elmer, Castlegar, B.C.; two sisters, Josephine (Mrs. Joseph Richard), and Nancy (Mrs. C.A. Boucher), both of Halifax, a brother Daniel Peter, Cambridge, Mass. She was predecased by her husband Lawrence, a son Ritchie, two brothers, William and Joseph. The body is in St. Peter's Church, Larry's River. Funeral service will be 3:30 p.m. Friday in St. Peter's Church, Father Gary MacPherson officiating.
