STEPHEN JOHN SNYDER

STEPHEN JOHN SNYDER, 88, Eastern Passage, died Wednesday. Mr. Snyder was born in Charlos Cove and was the son of the late John and Caroline (O'Neil) Snyder. His wife is dead. Surviving are five sisters [sic, should read five daughters] , Carrie (Mrs. Daniel Naugle), Eastern Passage; Gertrude (Mrs. Walter Richard), Truro; Mrs. Velma Power, Lakeside; Margaret (Mrs. Alfred Hennebury), Eastern Passage; Vita (Mrs. Leslie Holmes), Stellarton; one step-daughter, Kate (Mrs. Simon Fitzgerald), Queensport; and one son, James Snyder, Dartmouth. Funeral service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, Truro. Committall service will be held at Lewis Memorial Chapel, Robie Street Cemetery, Truro. The body is at Mattatall's Funeral Home, Truro.
