Mrs. Sophie Petipas
LARRY'S RIVER, January 25 - On Monday, January 20, there passed away after a lingering illness Mrs. Sophie Petipas in her 90th year. Deceased was of a loving nature whose generosity and kindness of heart won for her a host of friends in this and surrounding communities who will receive with a sense of grievous loss the news of her demise. After requiem high mass celebrated on Wednesday morning, Jan 22, by Rev. C.J. Forest P.P., her remains were laid to rest in St. Peter's cemetery. She leaves to mourn two sons and two daughters; Luke, of Skowhegan, Maine, William, of Montana, U.S., Mrs. Norman Bonvie, of Pictou, and Mrs. Augustus Pellerin, of this place, with whom she resided.
