BOUTILIER, Victoria Mary - 76, Greenwold Manor, 126 Old South River Rd., Antigonish, died peacefully on June 20, 1997, in St. Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Born in Port Felix, she was a daughter of the late Simon and Bridget (Richard) MacKenzie. She was a homemaker for most of her life and cared for her parents for several years. She was active in crafts and was an avid gardener. Surviving are daughters, Lorraine (Mrs. Cory Isenor), Prince George, B.C.; Marilyn (Mrs. Keith Cantfell), Milford; Sharon (Mrs. Billy Singer), Dutch Settlement; Virginia (Mrs. Robert Durley), Tracadie; Karen (Mrs. Brian Hallett), Stormont, Guysborough Co.; sons, Sherman, Dawson, Prince George; Karl, Dutch Settlement; sisters, Mrs. Delphine MacKenzie, Hazel Hill; Mrs. Jean McNeary, Canso; brother, James Alphonse MacKenzie, Greenwold Manor; 21 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Clifford James; daughters, Glenda, Lillian, Estelle; son, James; sisters, Mary Dadeau, Cecilia Fougere; two brothers in infancy. Visitation 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Monday in Curry Bros. Funeral Home, 135 College St., Antigonish. Funeral 3 p.m. Tuesday in St. Ninian's Cathedral, Antigonish, Rev. Conrad Edwards officiating. Cremation to follow. Burial at a later date in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
