JOHN ALLEN GEORGE, East Port Felix
John Allen George, 74 of East Port Felix was buried in Upper Whitehead Cemetery following funeral services in St.Joseph's Church, Port Felix.
Born in Whitehead, he was a son of the late Abraham and Geneva (Snow) George.
Surviving are his wife, the former Beatrice Pellerine; two sons, John and Daniel, both of Port Felix; two daughters, Jaunita (Mrs Nelson Duquette), Halifax; Helen (Mrs Joe King), Whitehead Cross Roads; six grandchildren and 1 greatgrandchild.; four sisters, Minnie (Mrs. Anthony MacMillan) Trenton; Mrs. Velma Pembroke, Halifax; Jeanette Vecchiola, Whitehead; Mrs. Adeline Osborne, Miscouche PEI; six brothers, Seymour, Queensport; Percy, Ira, Abe, Paul and Phillip,all of Whitehead.
He was predeceased by a daughter Jenny,a sister and four brothers.
