| On October 9, 1993, family and friends gathered in St. Peter's Church, Larrys [sic] River, to celebrate the marriage of Mary Elaine, daughter of Keith and Ruby EHLER of St. Francis Harbour, and Marc Boyd, son of Basil and Grayce PELLERIN of Larrys [sic] River. Rev. Gerald Campbell officiated at the double-ring ceremony. Readers at the Mass were the groom's cousin Adele PELLERIN, the bride's cousin Julie EHLER and the couple's friend Florence CHISHOLM. Altar servers were the bride's cousin Gina EHLER and the groom's brother Ian. Organist was the groom's aunt, Mary PELLERIN. Katherine PROCTOR was soloist. The bride was given in marriage by her parents. Maid of honor was the bride's friend Janis MacLAUGHLIN. Bridesmaids were the bride's aunt, Joanne MacLEOD, and the bride's cousin Danita EHLER. The best man was the groom's brother Neil. The groomsmen were the groom's cousin Richard PELLERIN and the couple's friend Robert KIELY. Following the ceremony, a dinner and dance took place at St. Francis Harbour Hall. Master of ceremonies for the reception was the groom's uncle Gorden [sic?] PELLERIN. Giving the toast to the bride was the bride's uncle Roddie EHLER. The couple now resides in Fredericton, N.B., and the newlyweds are now taking a belated honeymoon in Florida. |
