CHARLOS COVE, Oct 20 - There passed away at St. Martha's Hospital yesterday morning, Daniel Pettipas, at the age of 80 years after a lengthy illness.  He will be missed by both young and old.  He was a devoted Catholic. Left to mourn are four sons, George, Eldon, with whom he resided, Stanley of Dartmouth, Fordie, in the U.S.A., and two daughters, Pearl (Mrs. Howard Pellerin) of Larry's River, and Blanche (Mrs. Chester Cressy) in the U.S.A.  His wife predeceased him a number of years ago. Funeral arrangements have not yet been completed.
