RICHARD, William Amos - 78, Charlos Cove, Guysborough County, died May 17, 1994, in St. Martha's Regional Hospital, Antigonish. Born at Charlos Cove, he was a son of the late William and Alice (Richard) Richard. He was a member of St. Joseph's Parish, Charlos Cove; Royal Canadian Legion, Tor Bay Branch 117, Charlos Cove; veteran of the Second World War and a retired carpenter, working for 45 years with Maritime Packers, Caribou. He is survived by his wife, the former Margaret Louise Pellerin; two sisters, Annie (Mrs. Eldon Pettipas), Charlos Cove; Christena (Mrs. William Haley), Bedford; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by an infant brother. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. tonight, 2-4, 7-9 p.m. Thursday in St. Joseph's Church, Charlos Cove, where funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday, Rev. Gerald Campbell officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Donations may be made to Guysborough Memorial Hospital or St. Joseph's Parish Cemetery Fund.
