MRS. VIOLET MUNROE, 89, widow of Louden Munroe, Whitehead, Guysborough County was buried in the Port Felix Cemetery, following funeral service. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. G.W. Whynacht, Lunenburg; Tena, Ferndale, Mich; seven sons, Gerald, Halifax; Burns, St. Ann DeBellevue, Que.; Percy, Russell and Reginald, all of Whitehead; John, Lynn, Mass.; Hugh, Inverness; seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. One son Lawrence predeceased her.
