Mrs. Michael Pellerine
AFTON - Mrs. Michael Pellerine, 72, died Sunday at St. Martha's Hospital, Antigonish. Born in New France, she was the former Grace M. Perro, a daughter of the late Isadore and Mary (Pitts) Perro. Surviving besides her husband, are five daughters, Ruth (Mrs. Oliver Shupe), Halifax; Mary (Mrs. Adam Cherniklowsky), Vancouver, Dolly (Mrs. Ed Gurney) Antigonish; Kay (Mrs. Lee Forsythe), Afton; Betty, at home; five sons, Andy, Afton; Dennis, Fred, Joseph and Danny, all of Halifax; four sisters, Sophie (Mrs. Walter J. Pitts), Tracadie; Mae (Mrs. Charles Davidson), Afton; Catherine (Mrs. Burton Brown), Quincy, Mass.; Margaret (Mrs. Joe Kell), Antigonish; 26 grandchildren. She was predeceased by two brothers and a sister. The body is at Curry's Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Peter's Church, Tracadie. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
