JAMES GERRIOR
GERRIOR, James - 90, Ocean View Manor, Eastern Passage, formerly of Charlos Cove, Guysborough County, died August 1, 1992, in the home. Born in Charlos Cove, he was a son of the late Abraham and Martha (Levangie) Gerrior. He was a member of St. Joseph's Parish, Charlos Cove and a retired commercial fisherman. He is survived by four sons, Ambrose, Lower Sackville; Russell, Lundy, Guysborough County; Wilson, Charlos Cove; Roy, Bedford; sister, Josie (Mrs. Samuel Delaney), Halifax; 17 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Stella DeCoste; son, Irving; four brothers, Abraham, Thomas, Simon, Joseph; three sisters, Tosie Richard, Elizabeth Pellerine, Mary Alice Sampson. The body is in St. Joseph's Church, Charlos Cove, where funeral will be 10 a.m. today, Rev. James Attwood officiating. Burial will be in parish cemetery. Funeral under the direction of G.W. Giffin Funeral Home, Country Harbour.
