ERNEST J. DOIRON

DOIRON, Ernest J. - 75, Richmond, Ont., died April 23, 1993, in Ottawa Civic Hospital. Born in Charles Cove, Guysborough County, he was a son of the late Frank and Flossie Doiron. He served in the Canadian Army during the Second World War and the Korean War. After retiring from the army, he worked for the Department of National Defence in Ottawa until retirement. He is survived by his wife, Joyce; four daughters, Dianne (Mrs. Joe Beaulieu), Kemptville, Ont.; Gloria (Mrs. Gary Johns), Spencerville, Ont.; Roxanne (Mrs. Carl McLean), Ottawa; Melissa, at home; brother, Andrew, Pictou; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son in infancy; sister, Elsie; two brothers, John, Raymond. Funeral was April 26 in Lee Cummings Funeral Home, North Gower, Ont. Cremation followed.
