HOWARD WALTER BROWN

BROWN, Howard Walter - 82, Spryfield, formerly of Port Felix, Guysborough County, died December 20, 1993, in Fairview Villa. Born in Boston, Mass., he was a son of the late Walter and Catherine (Pellerine) Brown. He was employed as a foreman for over 30 years with Canada Gunite. He is survived by three brothers, Dan, James, both of Halifax; Herbert, Eastern Passage; three sisters, Alice Melanson, Halifax; Ethel, Dartmouth; Beulah, Beaverbank; stepsister, Mary Appleby, Halifax. He was predeceased by his first wife, the former Margaret Findley; second wife, the former Marie Aucoin; two brothers, Gerald, Thomas in infancy; sister, Mary Agnes in infancy. Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in J. Albert Walker Funeral Home, 149 Herring Cove Rd., Halifax. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church, Rev. Eric Theriault officiating. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lower Sackville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fairview Villa.
