PELLERIN, Ernest Francis - 82, of Larry's River, Guysborough County, died Sunday in Victoria General Hospital, Halifax. Born in Larry's River, he was a son of the late Simon and Sophia (Avery) Pellerin. A retired school teacher, he taught in several Guysborough County schools. He was a member of St. Peter's parish. He is survived by his wife the former Clara Gerrior; two daughters, Claire (Mrs. Don Hagen), Cold Lake, Alta; Dianne (Mrs. John E Pellerin), Larry's River; six sons, Cyril, Halifax; Ralph, Middleton,; Maurice, Edmonton; Gerald, Dartmouth; Bradford and Earl, both of Larry's River; a sister, Evangeline Avery, Larry's River; a stepsister, Mabel (Avery) Pellerin, Larry's River; a brother, Percy J., Larry's River; 21 grandchildren; a great-grandchild. He was predeceased by an infant son Reginald; two brothers, Alphonse and Sylvester; an infant sister, Charlotte. The body is in St. Peter's Church, Larry's River; visiting 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. today. Funeral service will be 4 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home, Rev. Paul Murphy officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Guysborough Memorial Hospital Building Fund. |
