HART, Mary Matilda - 82, Drayton Valley, Alta., formerly of Canso, died January 12,1999. Born February 24, 1916, in White Head, Guysborough Co., she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Mary Ellen (Snider) Casey. Surviving are daughter, Phyllis (Mrs. Elmer Kupsch), Drayton Valley; son, Sidney, Canso; Donald, Powell River, B.C.; Keith, Edmonton; George, Edmonton; sisters, Annie DeRabbie, Hazel Hill, Guysborough County.; Effie Spears, Halifax; nine grandchildren; 11 great- grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, H. Scott Hart; brothers, Daniel, Dennis, Ernest, Howard; sister, Blanche Rossong. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service and burial July 10, in St. Paul's United Church, Canso.
