CASEY, Patrick Arthur - Halifax, died suddenly February 23, 2002, at home. Born July 21, 1945, he was a son of the late Dennis and Charlotte (King) Casey. He worked for Westwood Development as a building manager. Pat enjoyed car racing, fishing and hunting and especially his fishing trips and family gatherings in Port Felix. He was an accomplished musician and loved playing guitar and piano for friends and family. He is survived by his partner, Rita Gyarmati; his daughter, Denise Casey and fiancé Troy Danells; Judy, mother of Denise; sisters, Catherine "Kay" (Donald) Howard, Bedford; Joan (Arnold) Debaie, Debaie Cove; brothers, Dennis (Evelyn), Bedford; Freeman (Ruth), Antigonish; Warren (Lorraine), Halifax; Gerald "Jerry" (Edna), River Bourgeois, Cape Breton; aunts, Mary Pelrine, Rockingham; Effie Spears, White Head, Guysborough Co.; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brother, Earl; sister, Shirley Embrett. Visitation will be 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 2666 Windsor St., Halifax. Funeral mass will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. Theresa's Church, North Street, Rev. Joseph Hattie O.M.I. officiating. Cremation to follow with burial at a later date. Funeral mass will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. Theresa's Church, North
Street, Rev. Joseph Hattie O.M.I. officiating. Cremation to follow with
burial at a later date. Reception to follow mass in the church hall.
