SPEARS, Frederick H. - 50, Whitehead, Guysborough County, died Saturday as a result of an accident.  Born in Whitehead, he was a son of Elizabeth (Casey) and the late William Spears.  He is survived by his wife the former Jean Bond; two brothers, Robert, Port Morien; Howard, at home; six sisters, Frances, Loretta, both of Truro; Bertha, Halifax; Annie, Cole Harbour, Guysborough County; Lucie, Doris, both of Whitehead; several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by three brothers, George, Ralph, a twin, Alvin; two sisters, Margaret, Georgina. The body is in St. Joseph's Church, Port Felix, visiting after 7p.m. today, where funeral will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, Rev. Paul McKenzie officiating. Burial will be in parish cemetery.
